- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, The SHEI Agency is not responsible for:

- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays
- Carrier-related issues
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering The SHEI Woman: Walking Boldly In Who You Are by Dr. Ava Smith. The SHEI Agency sincerely appreciates your support and commitment to this empowering project. Please review the following pre-order policy carefully before submitting your order.
PRE-ORDER PERIOD
The official pre-order period begins on May 19, 2026 and will remain open for 45 days, unless otherwise extended or closed early by The SHEI Agency.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order purchase.
- All payments must be submitted through approved payment methods provided by The SHEI Agency.
- Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Pre-orders will be fulfilled after the completion of the pre-sale period and official production process.
- Shipping timelines may vary due to printing, inventory, vendor processing, or carrier delays.
- Customers will receive updates regarding order processing and shipment through the email address provided at checkout.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- All pre-order purchases are considered final sale.
- Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be granted once payment has been submitted unless otherwise determined by The SHEI Agency.
- In the event of unforeseen production issues or event cancellations directly related to fulfillment, customers will be notified promptly regarding available options.
